The staff was attentive. They promptly addressed every request. The location offered easy access to key attractions and metro lines. I found the modern decor very appealing and the common areas were well maintained.

The in-room safe required a bit of fiddling to operate.

the location was convenient, surrounded by restaurants.

the staff wasn't very friendly, and i never saw a smile . when i spoke english, someone got upset. we had to bring our luggage to our room.
